Aufgaben
- Leverage high-quality, online-generated leads with no cold calling required.
- Utilize an advanced sales flow while incorporating your personal sales style.
- Clearly articulate the advantages of the product portfolio and tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Build a loyal customer base through exceptional service and ensure long-term business growth.
- Maintain focus on goals and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to process improvements and develop strategies to drive referrals and business growth.
Qualifikation
- Proven experience in B2C field sales, account management or similar roles.
- A strong sales personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Interest in technical topics and a curiosity to learn.
- High initiative, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English to collaborate with international teams.
- A private vehicle for initial use (company car provided after onboarding).
