We are seeking a qualified anddedicated Group Commercial Development Specialist to support incoordinating the commercial development activities at Group level,providing actionable guidelines based on in-depth marketintelligence input. The ideal candidate will play a key role insupporting the spearheading of the commercial developmentstrategies within the organization. This role involves identifyingand capitalizing on new business opportunities, optimizing revenuestreams, and ensuring sustainable growth across various markets.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Support the Top Management to aligncommercial strategies with the overall Industrial Plan and theSustainability Roadmap - Support in developing and implementingcommercial development strategies at Group level to drive businessgrowth and profitability - Collaborate with the other Salesfunction to receive inputs regarding new opportunities, andcompetitive landscape - Assist in setting clear commercial targetsand track performance against these goals, according to theIndustrial plan and the Sustainability Roadmap guidelines - Helpidentifying and develop new business opportunities and potentialpartnerships to expand the company''s market presence (geographicalor business lines) - Support in establishing and maintaining strongrelationships with key stakeholders, including clients and globalKey accounts, partners, and industry influencers - Support innegotiations and contract discussions with potential partners andclients - Collaborate with the Finance department to manage andmonitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports - Assist inmonitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjustingstrategies as needed to achieve targets and prepare regular reportson commercial performance, including sales, revenue, and marketanalysis - Contribute to Group/cross Region/cross functionalprojects, leading the stream at Group lever and/or contributing onregional/BUs level MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Graduate in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Business Engineering. MBA or similar asa plus - 4+ years international experience in similar role and areaof accountability in a multinational company. Experience withinbuilding materials, building chemicals or construction as a plus -Solid commercial and negotiation skills. - Strong in Excel, PowerPoint. - Good knowledge about financials - Notable understanding ofmarket, competition and customer dynamics; solid knowledge of salesand marketing models; excellent strategic thinking skills - Provenstrength in problem solving and analytics and capable of drivinginsight to action. Results oriented and self-motivated. - Strongattitude to be a team player. - Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.- Ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders acrossthe organization. - Ability to manage multiple projects/activitiessimultaneously and meet tight deadlines - Italian and English atprofessional level are a must.
