The engine of our success is the value we place on the talent and passion of our people, leading to their professional growth.Job PurposeThe Product Owner will be part of the Digital department, joining our growing Product team to support digital initiatives.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, development, and implementation of all digital and technological store checkout projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.Coordinate with HQ and Regional Operations teams for the rollout of digital store checkout projects.Collaborate daily with software engineers, Operations, Scrum Masters, QA teams, and UX/UI designers to achieve common goals.Communicate the product vision within the team and foster a shared understanding of the product.Facilitate transparent problem-solving within the team.Work closely with other Product Owners and seek support from the Lead Product Owner; contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the Product Owners chapter.Implement a Use Case-driven approach to deliver measurable value to customers, defining vision, strategy, and goals for Use Cases, and ensuring a consistent product experience.Knowledge and SkillsSuccessful studies in business management or engineering.3-4+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager in cross-functional teams.Strong background in store checkout design and backend integration patterns (6+ years of experience).Understanding of online transaction flows, user experiences, and payment industry experience.Proficiency with AGILE and Waterfall project management tools.Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira).Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile, or Design Sprint methodologies.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills.Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members.Ability to work independently, taking ownership and seeking creative solutions.Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
