A true change agent with an agileapproach thriving for idea contamination and with ahyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an openecosystem.What you will doThe selected candidate will join theDigital Technology team, which supports the Finance and Controllingfunctions in managing and developing internal projects across thecompany. Our team acts as an internal consultant on specificprojects and requests from the Finance department. You will workclosely with the CFO, administration, treasury, and other businessareas related to finance.Key activities include support in projectmanagement, consulting, and following daily operations related toSAP and other business systems. While you wont be working directlyon the systems, youll need to interface with external systemintegrators and collaborate with business teams in differentgeographical regions, including China. You will:Support themanagement of Finance-related projects and requests, including SAPand other system implementation and optimization projects.Workclosely with business functions to ensure the correct developmentand implementation of all Finance platforms and processes.Serve asan intermediary between system integrators and various businessareas, ensuring proper communication and alignment on projects andactivities.Assist in managing fiscal activities, invoicing, andother general finance processes.Support the team in all stages ofbudget planning, management control, and treasury processes.Ensurethe correct flow of information and support in reporting,consolidation, and financial analysis activities.RequirementsRecentgraduate or final-year student in Management engineering,Economics, or related fields;Excellent knowledge of English andItalian;Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularlyExcel;Basic knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus;What WeOfferWe offer a six-month paid internship800 euro, hybrid work,free company shuttle, ticket mealsPlace of work: Vimercate (MB)Areyou ready to join us?
