Your main responsibilities
- Order processing: Creation, handling, and tracking of customer orders and invoicing
- Handling of quotes and customer inquiries via phone and email
- Coordination of interfaces between our customers, distributors, sales managers, logistics, production, as well as the Regulatory Affairs and Finance departments
- Creation of compliant and complete export documents, their management, and ensuring correct export and import handling
- Maintenance of the ERP system in the order processing area
- Contribution to continuous improvement and process optimization
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training in the fields of freight forwarding, international trade, or customs
- Experience in order processing and customer service
- Good written and spoken skills in English and Italian; German is a plus, any additional language is welcome
- Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office tools
- Strong service orientation and solution-focused mindset
