- 5+ years in account management/client success for software outsourcing or technology consulting
- Solid understanding of different SDLC, delivery metrics, and typical outsourcing commercial models (TM, managed team, fixed-scope)
- Proven upsell/cross-sell/etc. track record
- Practical experience in contract and deal negotiations, PL ownership
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the pre-sales process for enterprise-level clients
- Excellent communication skills: executive-level presentation, status, and negotiation
- Ability to read delivery and business dashboards, spot trends, and turn insights into commercial actions
- Understanding of financial metrics and the ability to model business cases

- 2+ years handling enterprise-scale accounts
- Knowledge of the travel technology ecosystem
- Experience managing distributed, multi-vendor programs
