This role involves preparing and submitting the required documentation to participate in public procurement, ensuring compliance with regulations and timelines.Prepare public tender documentation (administrative, technical, economic) according to the tender requirementsSubmit documentation via telematic platformsPrepare economic offers/quotations based on inputs from agents/employees, subject to approval from the Sales DirectorManage and update customer lists and account recordsEnter orders in the ERP system SAPHandle customer service activities, including orders, complaints, and post-sales support Required QualificationsProven experience in managing public tenders in the medical device industry in ItalyStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel and Word)Familiarity with telematic platforms for public tendersStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent command of Italian and good English communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of public procurement regulations and the ability to analyze tender specifications and contractsExperience in customer service: managing orders, customer communications, returns, complaintsKnowledge of SAP is a plusItalian (native or fluent mandatory)English (good written and spoken proficiency) If you are organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a passion for the healthcare industry, wed love to hear from you!
