As a Quality Safety Assistant, youll support audits, documentation, and compliancelaying the groundwork for a future role as Quality Manager. The Role Youll work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure all maintenance activities meet EASA standards. From audit prep to supporting investigations, youll help keep the quality system up-to-date and effective. You will: Help prepare and support internal, external, and customer audits Maintain and update QMS and SMS documentation Support the handling of non-conformities, including root cause analysis Monitor compliance with EASA Part-145 and internal procedures Coordinate with auditors, customers, and authorities Keep calibration, training, and compliance records up to date Assist in improvement projects and cross-functional tasks Whats in it for you?
