Responsibilities As a Technical Business Developer, you will drive the growth of the Flavors & Dairy Specialty range by combining technical expertise, customer support, and business development. Your understanding of industrial processes will help you advise clients, identify opportunities, and bridge the gap between R&D, sales, and technical teams. Your main responsibilities will include: Leveraging your technical expertise to support customers in the use of Flavors & Dairy Specialty solutions and optimize their application. Developing and implementing a growth strategy for these product lines in collaboration with sales, marketing, and R&D teams. Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, translating customers technical needs into tailored solutions. Exploring new markets , combining a technical and business-oriented approach. Acting as the link between customers and R&D, bringing field insights to guide product developments. Participating in innovation initiatives , contributing to product improvements and ensuring alignment with market expectations. Coordinating technical and commercial projects , ensuring the successful implementation of solutions for industrial clients. Profile You hold a Masters degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry , or equivalent. You have at least 5 years of experience in a technical role within the food industry (R&D, industrial applications, technical support). You are looking to evolve towards a position that blends technical expertise with business development, while staying connected to industrial challenges. You can engage with technical stakeholders and translate their needs into practical solutions. You have a strong understanding of food processing and formulation challenges. You are fluent in French and English ; another language (German or Spanish) is an asset. You are available for travel up to 20-40% max , mainly across Europe.
