The IT Project Manager is a key member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) within the KHE Group IT organization. This role is responsible for leading KHE-wide projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Acting as a central point of coordination, the IT Project Manager works closely with senior management, staff, and vendors to align project goals with organizational priorities while driving successful outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage project activities, tasks and resources on a day-to-day basis
- Planning and management of project scope, activities, timeline, budget, deliverables and milestones
- Coordinate change management, issues escalation, subcontractor management, resource management and risk management
- Lead progress reporting to the Project Sponsor and/or Steering Committee
- Build and own the plan (Roadmap and Project Plan) ensuring key milestones are met and dependencies managed
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Convey a strong sense of urgency and drives issues to closure
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience of Project Management experience that involved business process change and multiple small to large scale technology components
- Experienced in project governance, software development, and testing life cycles.
- Skilled in prioritization, task execution, and leading teams through ambiguity to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working directly with executives.
- Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools, with expertise in waterfall and Agile/Lean practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven ability to collaborate across multinational virtual teams and dynamic environments.
- Highly organized, managing multiple workstreams and deliverables effectively.
- Fluent in English and willing to travel within Europe (up to 40%).
- PMP certification is a plus.
