As part of its expansion, Aventa is strengthening its QHSE department and is currently recruiting new talent to support its projects in the onshore and offshore energy sectors.
As HSE Manager you will be part of Aventa Groups QHSE department, reporting to the QHSE & Risk Management Director.
You will oversee quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) processes and support business units with technical expertise.
Your main responsibilities are :
QHSE Management System
Implement and maintain the QHSE policy in line with corporate goals.
Develop and ensure compliance with the QHSE management system (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and other standards) align with the Group targets.
Update processes, procedures, and documentation.
Conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance and efficiency.
Handle non-conformities and customer complaints.
Enhance internal communication and awareness on QHSE matters
Provide training and monitor reporting tools for continuous improvement.
Support For Business Unit
Provide technical expertise on QHSE and Risk Management for engineering, marine operations, and consulting topics.
Support risk assessments (HAZID) and quality checks.
Monitor project HSE standards in collaboration with clients.
Assist in talent placement for projects and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Perform QHSE audits, inspections, and technical studies.
Ensures onshore or offshore mobilization phases on projects when required.
Business development
~ Assist the QHSE & Risk Management Director in growing QHSE services.
The skills required are :
Experienced in offshore sector
Strong understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
Project HSE management expertise.
Leadership and team-building capabilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and training abilities.
Training in BOSIET / GWO is required
Language
Fluent in English to work in an international context
Work Conditions
Functionally attached to the head office in Paris but remote work possible
Occasional travel to Paris and to client sites but also during project mobilization phases for onshore/offshore operations
