Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Investment Products Process & Data Specialist to join our Investment Expert Team of Products Tribe (COO Domain ) where we aim to develop and control processes of investment products in a simple and efficient manner, while we have a lot of fun!

Within this expert team you will be an Investment Products Process & Data Specialist, so you develop and control processes of investment products, focused to the E2E Customer Journey, from the acquisition - onboarding phase of an investment products and continue in the customer experience with the purpose to handle day to day operations, process, and delivery for our retail customers. You aim at improving the efficiency investment processes performance an identify opportunities delight customers.

Main product lines to make this happen are brokerage, mutual funds and pension plans.

Your key responsibilities:

As an Investment Products and Processes specialist, you will:

• Act as first-line supervisor of a team providing customer service support and play a key role in helping to achieve targets in areas such as productivity or turnaround times;
• Monitor End-to-end processes, ensuring their operation, detection of technical issues and search for solutions based on Data;
• Identify the products or services that best meet the customer''s stated needs, use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations;
• Investigate standard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes, systems and procedures, and take action to solve immediate compliance issues.
• Data fluency & reporting: Comprehend, define, select, and analyze data to gain insights from operational side that enhance the decision-making process; create reports for operational areas (MicroStrategy, Excel, Power Point, etc..);
• Challenge and analyze current processes, both operational and customer visions;
• Measurement relevant KPIs, obtaining operational data, analysis of evolutions, trends and volumes seeking improvements that increase customer satisfaction and cost efficiency;

Collaboration / day-to-day teamwork with suppliers. Detect incidents in the processes of external providers, report incidents and track them. Track processes with suppliers, propose improvement measures and measurements that establish the effectiveness of the actions implemented.

All this with maximum protection to the customer and looking for being the best in class in the demanding regulatory framework (CNMV, but not limited to).
