Join us!KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESAct as the focal point with the Customer and third parties for supervising pre-lay activities related to the power cable system.Serve as the interface between the Customer, Civil works contractors, and Cable laying subcontractors for planning, civil works checks, and infrastructure verification.Supervise laying operations performed by subcontractors.Maintain a record diary of on-site activities, managing subcontractors'' execution in accordance with the plan and contract requirements.Supervise backfilling operations carried out by third-party companies, ensuring timing, quality, and cable protection.Oversee site resources (personnel and assets), technical aspects, logistics, and HSE management.Enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries.Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures throughout the process.Assist in preparing method statements and other documentation necessary for on-site work, in cooperation with and under the supervision of Installation Engineering.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEPreferably 2-3 years of proven experience on construction sites.Knowledge of technical aspects and experience in installation activities on land sites, preferably in the cable industry.Knowledge of drawings and basic design of cables and accessories is a plus.Leadership qualities and the ability to guide a team to achieve targets.Good communication skills and relationship management with clients and subcontractors.Familiarity with software tools like Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Internet.Availability for frequent domestic and international travel.Willingness to spend long periods abroad (approximately 60-70% per year).Your application data will be handled according to our Data Protection Policy.
