Job Description
1. Support the system development process with teams, include but not limited to business and technical identification, product request, system implementation and technical solutions etc.
2. Continuous focus and push forward the application of products within the warehouse, promote technical upgrade
3. Daily maintenance of system, new function promotion and training
4. Promote continuous product and process optimization, provide technical solutions during the application. Coordinate with technical to improve the solution and process.
5. Responsible for the production progress within the warehouse
6. Set up process optimization and standardization. Continuously improve the current process and product design, and efficiency
Job Requirement
1. 3 year experience in supply chain products (WMS, ERP) operation, proficient in mainstream WMS, e-commerce ERP technical framework, product functionality and industrial characteristic.
2. Perfect communication and team work skills, highly responsible and able to handle pressure
3. Familiar with warehouse logistics operations, experienced in on-site management, and optimizing system document flow and WMS module
4. High documentation skills, able to draft training materials, survey and scheme design documents, excellent logistic analytical and project management skills.
