About Port Port is building the infrastructure for thefuture of last-mile delivery. The Role Were looking for a dynamic Operations Managerto lead Ports expansion and operations across France, startingwith Paris. This is a hands-on role where you will own launchexecution, manage day-to-day operations, and grow strategicrelationships with both public and private stakeholders. Yourleadership will directly impact the speed and quality of our growthin France. What Youll Do 1. Launch and Scale E-Hubs - Coordinatethe roll-out of new Port e-hubs in Paris and expanding nationally.- Coordinate across internal teams (product, hardware, tech) andexternal partners (municipalities, landlords, contractors) toensure timely and high-quality launches. - Tailor operational plansto align with local regulations, infrastructure, and user needs. 2.Operational Excellence - Oversee daily operations: fleet readiness,user support, service uptime, and field ops. - Manage localoperations team and outsourced partners to deliver on KPIs. -Continuously track data and user feedback to improve performanceand customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with local laborlaws, safety standards, and municipal requirements. 3. Partner andStakeholder Management - Manage partnerships with parking andproperty owners and logistics partners. - Act as a key localrepresentative of Port to government authorities, cities, andregulators. - Identify and convert high-potential leads intolong-term operational and commercial partnerships. 4. Cross-TeamCollaboration - Work closely with HQ teams (Product, Tech,Hardware, Ops) to provide market-specific feedback. - Collaborateon product adaptations and new feature testing for France. - Ensuresmooth coordination across country teams and company-wideinitiatives.
