Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide.Purpose of the JobManage configuration items from the As Required & As Specified baselines regarding Requirements Management.Ensure that tender and project requirements are managed according to the global Requirements Management (RM) process and methodology, ensuring the delivered product meets contractual requirements.Provide support and training to tender and project teams regarding RM processes, methodologies, and tools (DOORS).Monitor and report on RM activities, manage the RM database, and assist engineers and scope owners in their RM activities.Organisation StructureTrainborne BU Project EngineeringOrganisational ReportingDirect report to: Trainborne Design Engineering Group ManagerDotted line to: PrEM (during program/project execution)Key Network & LinksLinks with: System Engineers, Product Designers, System Application Architect (SAA), Project Architect, V&V, Safety, RAM, Quality, Project Engineering team.ResponsibilitiesImplement global Requirement Management processes on tender and execution contract projects for technical & non-technical requirements.Set up the Requirement Management plan according to the RM process and project strategy.Act as the guardian of the integrity of the contracts from an RM perspective.Drive engineers in their requirements development activities.Verify data quality & consistency in the RM database and regularly export KPIs to PrEM.Communicate with project stakeholders to follow up on requirements commitments, exports, coverage, for the entire requirement lifecycle.Manage requirements changes & configuration.Contribute to RME Network.Act as the DOORS key user for the project team.Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrows mobility.
