Position Summary : This individual will administer our companys onsite, hosted, and cloud-based systems and resources.Primary Job Responsibilities :Monitor, maintain, install, and decommission all systems companywide.Follow best practices for all security aspects of companywide systems.Troubleshoot issues and outages.Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies.Assist with Help Desk duties as needed.Maintain the system for tracking all network/system documentation.Provide on-call support after work hours on a team rotational basis.Perform other duties as assigned.Personal AttributesGreat attention to detail.Strong analytical skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal, listening, and follow-up skills.Ability to work effectively and positively under short timelines.Comfortable working at a rapid pace.Capacity to solve problems independently and creatively.Skills and Technical ExpertiseSystems-based certifications.Creative problem solving.Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain an optimized pace.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products and platforms.Technical knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin functions.Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.Understanding of networking and VPN.Experience with Cisco and Fortinet equipment configuration.Required Experience7+ years of system administration or similar systems work.Travel Requirements1-2 times a year travel to Nebraska.Our company is committed to diversity, inclusion, empowerment, and respect.
