Company Overview : Senstronic was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Saverne near Strasbourg, France. The company designs, manufactures and distributes electronic material for automated production lines and vehicles, specializing in dedicated material for welding applications, mainly in the automotive industry.
Currently, to meet the expectations of our Polish customers and to expand the brand in more regions of Poland, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer.
Education : related to industrial engineering, automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics or other related to industrial process electronics.
Required Experience : Technical experience in the automotive industry for OEM and/or its suppliers, as well as in the industrial sector.
Languages : Polish and English at a high level (B2). French or Spanish would be an advantage.
Willingness to travel : Must be willing to make weekly business trips to the region and possibly outside the established area to handle projects related to clients.
Driver''s license : Must have all necessary documents to drive a company vehicle.
Mandatory Skills : Proactive, committed, result-oriented, ability to detect and clarify technical problems, independent in work.
Tasks:
- Organization of sales processes (B2B sales, heavy contact, negotiation of terms of cooperation, resolving doubts).
- Building and expanding customer base in automotive and other industries through meetings and presentations of Senstronic brand solutions.
- Acting as an expert in presenting Senstronic brand solutions and specifications.
- Customer contact regarding technical consultation, current and future projects.
- Ensure smooth communication with Senstronic''s overseas contacts or customers.
- Scheduling Home Office Day visits for the remaining 4 days of the week (mandatory).
- Tracking and collaborating on projects with OEMs and their suppliers.
- Execution of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), control of monthly sales and close cooperation with internal sales department.
- Weekly reporting of sales activities via Salesforce CRM.
- Regular servicing of the delivered vehicle, maintaining it in impeccable condition.
- Timely preparation of expense statement (1/month) according to internal guidelines.
