Our company is looking for a dynamic HR Director based in Madrid, Spain.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and developing the company''s HR strategy.
- Supporting management in all aspects of human resources.
- Creating and overseeing HR policies and processes.
- Collaborating on development and employer branding projects.
- Working directly with key decision-makers within the company.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a similar role within large companies, particularly in HR services or workforce leasing.
- Understands Spanish labor law and regulations.
- Is familiar with current trends and changes in the Spanish labor market.
- Can build and develop a strong partner network (e.g., recruitment agencies, training institutions, universities).
- Has experience in recruitment and HR management.
- Resides in Spain and has legal authorization to work.
- Has a communicative level of both Spanish and English.
