Country Financial Controller Our Client Our client isa medium-sized subsidiary, based in Rho, Italy, of a largemultinational group headquartered in Switzerland. Responsibilities - Supervise Accounts Receivable,Accounts Payable, and General Lerdger Accounting - Oversee customerbilling in collaboration with the internal sales team - Managemonthly IAS closures and annual financial statements for groupconsolidation - Conduct quarterly forecasting, budgeting, andmonthly intercompany reconciliations - Ensure compliance with VATand fiscal regulations in Italy and Switzerland - Oversee monthly,quarterly, and annual tax obligations with external consultants -Support the Transfer Pricing consultant in preparing documentation- Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance - Supervisepayroll processing with support from an external provider - Act asthe Local HR Operations Manager, ensuring compliance with laborlaws - Serve as the Local Privacy Coordinator for data protectioncompliance - Lead and develop a small team of three financeprofessionals - Drive internal process improvements and ensure ESGreporting compliance Your Profile - 10+ years of experience in asimilar role within a small to medium-sized company, preferably apart of a big group - Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP, IFRS, andIAS regulations - Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting,and intercompany reconciliations - Knowledge of Italian labor lawand Payroll Management - Familiar with local and internationaltaxation frameworks, including VAT - Proficient in Excel and SAPS/4HANA, knowledge of other accounting and reporting tools are anavantage - Proven team management skills with the ability to leadand develop a small team - Empathetic and diplomatic approach, ableto build consensus and drive ideas forward smoothly -Business-Fluency in English.
