Overview
As a key member of BOBST''s Quality Control and Sensor (QCS) team, a provider of advanced industrial vision solutions across departments, the Product Owner will execute the product strategy for specific features, markets, customers, and/or business units.
We seek a solution-oriented Product Owner with a proactive attitude, a background in software and/or engineering development, and experience working within an Agile framework. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of defining software and hardware product requirements, understanding market needs, and engaging with stakeholders internally and externally.
Location and Reporting
The Product Owner will report to the QCS Product Manager in BOBST Group Technology, based in Mex (Switzerland), with frequent travel mainly across Europe.
Main Responsibilities
- Transversal collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategy and roadmap, based on business models, competition analysis, and ROI.
- Translation of business needs: Convert vision and roadmap into technical specifications and functional requirements, working with UX/UI experts to ensure an intuitive user experience.
- Product backlog management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog to focus development on high-value features.
- Evaluation of deliverables: Validate development outputs, organize user testing, and gather feedback.
- Agile development: Work closely with development teams within an Agile framework, seeking continuous product improvement and innovation.
Professional Experience
- Proven track record in product management, ideally for industrial vision products.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Strong engineering background.
- Over 5 years of experience in the industrial sector.

Education and Language Skills
