Your responsibilities include:Technology Management & Tools Manage and optimize the legal technology stack, including CLM systems and tools like Notion, ensuring updates, improvements, and efficient documentation management.Process Optimization & AI-Driven Innovation Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement innovative solutions, with a focus on AI tools to automate tasks and enhance processes.Performance Monitoring Define and analyze KPIs for legal operations (e.g., request lead times), leveraging AI for analytics where possible.Strategic Project Coordination Lead cross-functional projects involving legal/regulatory aspects, ensuring alignment with priorities and supporting OKR monitoring.Operational Support & Registries Maintain internal registries and support vendor management activities.Expect challenges, collaboration, and the opportunity to bring your ideas to life. Do you match these criteria?Relevant background 5+ years in Legal Operations, Project/Program Management, or similar roles, preferably in tech, fintech, or startups; a degree in Business, Management Engineering, IT, or Law (with a tech/ops focus) is a plus.Process-oriented & innovation mindset Skilled in identifying inefficiencies and designing solutions, with an interest in AI applications within legal operations.Technological proficiency Familiar with Legal Tech tools, CLM systems, collaboration platforms (e.g., Notion, Jira, Asana), and comfortable evaluating and integrating AI tools.Project management Experienced in managing complex projects and coordinating stakeholders in fast-paced settings.Analytical skills Capable of defining, interpreting data and KPIs to support decision-making, possibly using AI for analytics.Dont worry if you dont meet every criterion.
