Job Description: Cluster Payroll Lead (Hybrid)Kenvue, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Cluster Payroll Lead to oversee payroll resources across multiple countries. We foster a digital-first mindset, innovation grounded in human insights, and a commitment to consumer trust.What You Will DoThe Cluster Payroll Lead manages payroll and time & attendance for the Italy Cluster, including Egypt, Italy, Saudi Arabia, UAE, South Africa, Spain, and Portugal. Responsibilities include:Managing daily payroll operations, including processing and reconciliation for all countries in the cluster.Creating country-specific procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.Providing coaching and mentorship to payroll team members, setting goals, and supporting career development.Recruiting staff as needed.Using metrics to benchmark performance and drive process improvements.Partnering with internal stakeholders and managing third-party payroll providers to ensure SLAs are met.Supporting payroll and cross-functional projects, audits, and legal compliance activities.Ensuring timely and accurate payroll submissions to government agencies.Maintaining internal controls and ensuring audit readiness.QualificationsRequired:Bachelors degree or equivalent.At least 8 years of payroll processing experience.Experience managing payroll operations and third-party providers.Proficiency in English.Experience improving payroll processes for efficiency and quality.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred:Language skills relevant to the countries in the cluster.Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.Experience with leading payroll service providers like NGA, SDWorx, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
