This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and operations. Youll orchestrate go-to-market readiness across teams, design clear internal enablement programs, and ensure our customers experience the value of new features right away. Whether its a major launch or a small-but-mighty improvement, youll make sure the right people have the right tools to drive adoption.

Youll work closely with Product Marketing, Enablement, and Product to:
- Drive the release calendar, aligning timing, messaging, and readiness across teams.
- Build scalable internal enablement for sales, CS, and support teams.
- Ensure smooth delivery and adoption of features through proactive planning, feedback loops, and measurement.

• 3+ years of relevant experience managing B2B SaaS product releases and related enablement
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Stellar communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer, user and commercial focus on product value
• Confident in lateral leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Business-level fluency in English
• Experience in a technology or SaaS company

Bonus Points

• Experience in a product management, product operations or similar role
• German fluency
• Knowledge of Frontline businesses
