Position: SENIOR RESERVATION/BOOKING EXECUTIVELocation: Hotel Violino dOro, Venice (Member of Leading Hotels ofthe World) Job Description A Reservation/Booking Executive plays acrucial role in ensuring a seamless booking experience for guestsin the hospitality sector. With the right qualifications andskills, professionals in this role contribute to the success andreputation of their establishments. The Reservation/BookingExecutive handles requests from guests, companies and travel agentsvia phone or other platforms. He/She makes sure booking informationis input correctly into the system. He/She needs to maintain andupdate room vacancies on online booking platforms. He/She helps tomeet monthly revenue target. Responsibilities - Managingreservations and booking requests from customers. - Ensuringaccurate and timely reservation processing. - Providing excellentcustomer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issuesrelated to reservations. - Handling incoming reservation requestsvia phone, email, or online platforms. - Confirming reservationsand sending confirmation details to customers. - Coordinating withother departments to ensure the availability of rooms or services.- Coordinating daily with Revenue and Fron Office team - Creationof weekly, monthly Reports - Managing cancellations andmodifications to existing reservations. Requirements and Skills -Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industrypreferred in 5-star hotels, we might consider 4 stars too. - Provenknowledge in revenue hospitality systems - Excellent communicationand customer service skills. - Attention to detail and the abilityto work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in reservationmanagement software and tools. - Perfect knowledge in tools usingPms and revenue systems - Knowledge in LQA booking and hotelrequirement is preferred - Fluent in Italian, English, and a thirdlanguage (knowledge of additional languages will be considered aplus).
