Role Overview


Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own the global Business Development (BD) function. Your mandate is simplebut ambitious:


  1. Lead & Coach Manage and mentor a growing team of BDRs across EMEA, setting clear goals and creating scalable career paths.
  2. Build Pipeline Design and execute scalable, datadriven prospecting programs that consistently deliver qualified meetings and netnew ARR.
  3. Optimize Process Partner with RevOps to refine ICP targeting, territories, cadences, and tooling.
  4. Align CrossFunctionally Work closely with Marketing on campaign strategy and with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and high conversion.
  5. Report & Forecast Own topoffunnel metrics, delivering accurate weekly forecasts and actionable insights to leadership.


Your success will be measured in pipeline sourced, conversion rates, and the development of a worldclass BD team.
