FUNCTION : Global Management of Change Lead
LOCATION : Lyon, France

ROLE SENIORITY : Senior Managerial
GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
Drive globally the process for change of co-formulants, active ingredients, formulated products, supply sources and manufacturing sites, and packaging to ensure compliance.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
- Lead globally the process for change of co-formulants, active ingredients, formulated products, supply sources and manufacturing sites, and packaging to ensure compliance.
- Support and actively contribute to the strategic initiatives to adapt and optimize the formulation/filling/packing network and active ingredients sourcing.
- Implementation of flexibility, cost-savings and reduction of supply risk through the inclusion of new suppliers.
- Collaborate with Spec Office and Product Chemistry Manager for accurately updating and uploading specifications into our system to ensure our productions are compliant with the changes.
- Own and lead the MOC (Management of Change) process to drive continuous improvement and standardization. Review performance on regular cadence and raise opportunities for improvement.
- Be responsible for implementation of monitoring processes within the ERP system (MS Dynamics 365). Ensure effective training and documentation.
- Engage and Lead the Management of Change community in close interaction with Functions and regional organizations to ensure optimum processes and governance.
- Manage and develop the team to full potential.
- Contribute to setting targets and KPIs to demonstrate performance and process alignment to business requirements.
- Own the sample process within Product Supply to ensure that samples are produced on time to meet regulatory requirements.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
Main requirements:
- Degree in science with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the chemical or equivalent industry, particularly in product supply and/or regulatory fields.
- Proficiency in managing change within regulated industries.
- Demonstrate the ability to address and manage complex situations with innovative solutions.
- Effective and efficient in organizing, planning, and communicating. Capable of influencing, and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages being appreciated.
- Proven ability to work on cross-functional projects and thrive in multi-cultural environments.
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
