We are seeking a motivated and diligent legal trainee who has the courage to navigate unknown and ambiguous legal areas and the curiosity to learn and be exposed to interesting and challenging legal questions. If you''re passionate about making a difference and keen to start your career with our in-house team, this could be the ideal role for you.

We offer two 6-month legal traineeship positions, starting January 1, 2026, and June 1, 2026 .

Your responsibilities include:

1. Providing essential advice in employment law (including questions related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), litigation, and investigation, tackling complex global and local issues.
2. Managing legal cases and major projects such as reorganizations, divestments, and policy implementations, as well as drafting and reviewing agreements, regulations, and templates.
3. Conducting legal research and creating legal memoranda to simplify complex ideas into insights.
4. Reporting key legal matters to audit committees in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

What youll bring to the role:

• Swiss Bachelor of Law (BLaw) and Master of Law (MLaw).
• Excellent proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written.
• High motivation and ability to work independently on challenging tasks.
• Prior legal internship experience and knowledge in employment law are a plus.
