Join our Defense team supporting our CNIC program in this exciting role based out of CNIC Regional Offices.About the Role: This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your Secret Clearance.Responsibilities include:Manage and resolve network and/or domain user trouble calls.Perform activation or reactivation of telecom services.Support creation, recreation, and troubleshooting of user domain accounts, including SIPRNet and NIPRNet accounts, and review/approve related request forms.Support implementation, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of user SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and telephone drops.Assist in the acquisition, implementation, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of data encryptors.Support VTC endpoints installation, setup, maintenance, and upgrades, including troubleshooting.Support installation and maintenance of cable infrastructure such as fiber optic and copper Ethernet cables.Assist with telephones setup, including Voice over Secure IP (VoSIP).Develop site surveys and determine requirements for user domain needs.Provide cost estimates for user requirements and coordinate procurement.Train users on supported systems as needed.Qualifications:Active DoD Secret security clearance.Current DoD 8570 IAT level II compliant certification.High school diploma/GED.Minimum 8 years of related technical experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).Serco Inc. is the Americas division of Serco Group, plc, with over 9,000 employees across 100+ sites.
