Overview: As the European Lead Scoutat Al-Qadsiah Club, you will be responsible for managing scoutingoperations within a designated region. You will identify andevaluate first-team and emerging talent, ensuring all scoutingaligns with the clubs methodology, recruitment strategy, andlong-term objectives. You will also support academy integration andcontribute to collaborative recruitment planning. KeyResponsibilities: Leadership and Management - Lead and manage thescouting team for your designated region - Ensure scouts follow theestablished methodology and framework - Provide ongoing support anddevelopment for regional scouts Scouting Strategy and Alignment -Operate within the club''s recruitment methodology and strategicobjectives - Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment withscouting targets and expectations Player Evaluation and Reporting -Attend live and online matches to evaluate player performance -Conduct in-depth research on leagues and players as directed -Produce detailed and structured reports using club templates -Present findings and support informed recruitment decisionsNetworking and Relationship Building - Build a regional networkwith clubs, agents, and fellow scouts - Gather insights on playeravailability, development, and fit for the club Collaboration withTechnical Staff and Leadership - Collaborate with the Chief Scoutand Technical Director to ensure player suitability - Supportstrategic planning with insights into regional player markets -Present reports and scouting analysis to senior stakeholdersProfessional Development and Continuous Learning - Participate inCPD activities as required by the Chief Scout - Remain current onleague dynamics, scouting tools, and player trends - Fulfill otherresponsibilities as directed to meet departmental needsQualifications Desirable: - Scouting certification (e.g. PFSA, UEFATalent ID, or equivalent) - Coaching qualifications (UEFA Licenseor equivalent) Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Essential: -Experience in scouting or recruitment for a professional footballclub or federation - Proven talent identification and playerevaluation abilities - In-depth knowledge of tactical, technical,and physical attributes of elite players - Strong familiarity withthe football landscape in your designated region - Ability toassess players in line with club philosophy - Skilled in both liveand video scouting, with a structured reporting style -Understanding of recruitment and squad planning strategies -Proficient in scouting software and data tools - Strong networkingand relationship-building skills - Self-motivated and capable ofworking independently - Flexible to travel, including weekends andevenings - Valid driver''s license Desirable: - Leadershipexperience managing scouting teams - Confident presenting insightsto executive leadership - Previous experience in Saudi Arabia orthe Middle East Why Join Al-Qadsiah? - Be Part of the Legacy: Joina club thats redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving tolead the competition and set new standards of excellence. -Experience the Culture: Thrive in an environment that valuesquality, accountability, diversity, synergy, innovation, andambition, while embracing harmonythis is the Qadsiah Way.
