To strengthen our team, were looking for a motivatedApplication / Field Service Engineerto assemble, install, and support our inspection systems at customer sites in EU and Americas.
Your responsibilities
- Youll work from our Belgian headquarters, where youdesign, assemble, test, and prepare systems for shipment primarily for ourSealScopeandHyperScopeproduct lines.
- Since our systems are tailored to specific packaging machines and customer needs,electromechanical designis an essential part of the job.
- Youll assist with the design and testing of peripheral systems such asreject mechanisms and conveyors.
- Youlltravel frequently (up to 50%) across Europe and North Americafor system installation, commissioning, and customer training.
- Youll be part of ouronline/remote support teamhelping customers with technical issues.
- Youll providefeedback to the R&D teambased on your field experience and customer interactions to help improve product features.
Your profile
- Degree in industrial engineering or equivalent through experience, with a strong interest inmechanics, electronics, and software.
- Acreative self-starterwho can manage projects and planning independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly (up to 50%of the time).
- Customer-focused and communicativewith a technical mindset.
- Fluent inDutch and English. Basic knowledge ofFrench and/or Germanis a plus.
