Discover more about us The Role Were looking for aFP&A and Accounting specialist to join our Finance team. Inthis role, youll be responsible for ensuring both the accuracy andintegrity of financial records and providing timely financialplanning and reporting that supports strategic decision-making.You''ll collaborate closely with our CFO, Finance Business Partner,and external consultants to ensure our financial operations runsmoothly and in compliance with local regulations. Youll play akey role in helping Kampaay scale by bringing financial acumen,precision, reliability, and process thinking to all financialplanning, accounting and reporting activities. What Youll DoFP&A & Strategic Finance - Support preparation of monthlymanagement reports and investor reporting - Track and analyzecompany budget vs actuals, identifying variances and trends -Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelingactivities - Partner with business teams (Sales, Ops, HR) tosupport decision-making with data - Assist in scenario analysis andstrategic planning initiatives - Contribute to ESG andnon-financial reporting (as relevant) Accounting & Compliance -Own day-to-day accounting operations (general ledger, A/P, A/R,bookkeeping) - Manage month-end and year-end closing (P&L, cashflow, accruals) - Reconcile bank statements and oversee bankingoperations - Oversee accounting for employee-related costs incoordination with HR - Ensure VAT and tax compliance (with supportof external advisors) - Liaise with external tax/accountingconsultants on complex issues - Maintain and improve documentationand internal controls Tools & Optimization - Support theimplementation or improvement of accounting/finance systems (ERP,automation tools) - Drive process improvements and automationacross finance workflows What Were Looking For - 4+ years ofexperience in accounting, FP&A, or financial controlling(experience in startups or high-growth companies is a plus) -Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, orManagement Engineering - Strong knowledge of Italian accountingprinciples (IFRS is a plus) - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheetsand familiarity with accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, orsimilar) - Analytical mindset with great attention to detail and astructured, hands-on approach - Curious and tech-savvy: interestedin automation and optimization of processes - Fluent in English(B2+) and confident in cross-team collaboration - Open to feedback,growth-oriented, and a team player with a positive mindset WhatYoull Get - Competitive salary package - Flexible hybrid workingpolicy - Annual learning and development budget - Health &wellness perks (Gympass, mental health support) - Daily mealvouchers (8/day) - A team-first culture that values transparency,collaboration, and ownership - Growth opportunities and internalmobility - Regular team events, offsites, and aperitivos WhyJoin Us?
