About the Role
As a (Senior) Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Talogys presence in the Dutch market, managing both local clients and international enterprises headquartered in the Netherlands. You will also engage with some clients across the wider BNLD region. Your focus will be on selling Talogys assessment products and consulting services while positioning yourself as a true talent partner for our clients. This role combines new business development, strategic account management, and consultative sales execution.
While day-to-day work is remote, occasional travel is expected for client meetings, team collaboration, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with local and international clients.
- Identify and create new sales opportunities.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Research prospects, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest.
- Communicate the value of Talogys assessment solutions.
- Qualify leads following internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to transition opportunities and book qualified meetings.
- Support the Sales team in developing compelling proposals.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Expand and manage the pipeline of prospects.
- Build and maintain prospect lists, proactively identifying new targets.
- Work closely with Marketing to track lead sources and measure ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in the talent assessment or talent management industry (preferred but not required).
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an international team.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a consultative sales mindset.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (required).
