The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The HRBP will provide comprehensive HR support, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management. The HRBP collaborates closely with the managers and employees to ensure the right deployment of the HR policies, activities and actions in Spain.
