Ability to explain key features such as the 4Cs of diamonds (cut, color, clarity, carat weight). Customer Service: Provide polite, patient, and attentive service to meet customer needs. Professionally handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales services. Sales Techniques: Utilize sales psychology to enhance customer engagement and closing techniques. Upsell and cross-sell jewelry and related products. Overcome objections and assist hesitant buyers in decision-making. Communication: Clearly and effectively explain product details and offers to customers. Actively listen to understand customer preferences and needs. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. Track customer preferences for personalized recommendations. Attention to Detail: Identify and address specific customer concerns or preferences. Ensure product quality and presentation before showcasing to clients. Negotiation Skills: Confidently negotiate prices or special deals to benefit both the customer and the company. Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Cultural Awareness: Recognize and cater to diverse customer preferences based on cultural backgrounds. Technical Skills: Comfortable using digital platforms for online sales, including video consultations and virtual try-ons. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
