Billing officer - Your Role :
- Oversee the end-to-end client billing process, from invoice preparation to delivery
- Liaise with internal stakeholders-lawyers, finance professionals, and external client teams-to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Produce monthly reporting and contribute to reconciliations and collections follow-up
- Respond to billing queries with clarity and professionalism
- Proactively improve billing workflows in a digitalized and highly organized setting.
Billing officer - Your Profile:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in billing, ideally within a law firm or financial services environment
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Strong command of Excel and billing/ERP systems
- Meticulous, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Able to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting
