The Life Science Division of Randstad ProfessionalLeaders Search & Selection, specialized in the recruitment ofmiddle and senior management profiles, is currently seeking, onbehalf of a pharmaceutical company based in Milan, a: HospitalTrade Advisor Reporting to the Head of the Specialty & HospitalBusiness Unit, the Hospital Trade Advisor supports the planning andimplementation of trade strategies within the hospital channel. Therole is aimed at maximizing value for hospital accounts andpurchasing groups, ensuring alignment with both local and globalcommercial strategies. Key responsibilities include tender planningand analysis, competitive intelligence, pricing strategy support,and forecasting of key hospital products. The Hospital TradeAdvisor works closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing,Finance, Demand Planning) as well as external partners (hospitalprocurement teams and pharmacists), providing strategic insights tosupport tender decisions and product launches. MainResponsibilities - Gather competitive intelligence on public tenderprices, commercial policies, and differentiating tradeservices/programs - Plan and analyze tenders and contracts acrossbusiness and customer segments (public vs private) - Providesystematic insights to support pricing strategies for tenders andrelevant private accounts - Forecast sales for key hospitalproducts in coordination with relevant internal teams - Supportportfolio rationalization and simplification based on competitivepricing and margins - Collaborate with BD & Launch Planningteam to supply analytical inputs (tender prices, volumes,competition) for business case development - Work with GlobalCommercial Biosimilars and Global Market Access Teams to leveragecross-country Tender Excellence initiatives Requirements: -University degree in a scientific or economic discipline - Previousexperience in hospital tender analysis and market intelligence ispreferred - Strong skills in financial and business analysis -Fluency in English - Excellent communication skills and ability tocollaborate cross-functionally - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel andPowerPoint The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, proactive, andable to work independently within a dynamic and fast-pacedorganization.
