Senior Hardware Engineer

Who You Are:
An experienced hardware engineer with a strong track record in electronics design and a drive for quality and innovation. You thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment and are eager to contribute your expertise from concept through to commissioning.
What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with engineers across hardware, embedded software, FPGA, and LabVIEW disciplines
- Specify, design, develop, and commission electronic systems for advanced applications
- Apply your knowledge in schematic capture, PCB layout (Altium, OrCAD/Allegro, Mentor), simulation, and signal integrity analysis
- Bring your strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude to create reliable, high-quality hardware solutions
- Communicate effectively within the team and with external partners
Your Profile:
- HBO or WO degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- 5 to 10+ years of relevant electronics design experience
- Familiarity with PCB design tools and simulation software
- Experience with analog electronics and embedded software is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and independent, yet a team player
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English, both written and spoken
- Resides or willing to relocate to the Eindhoven region
