We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our store.The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development.
ResponsibilitiesRecruit, train, and develop the sales team to reach their full potential.Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.Plan staff schedules and manage shifts to ensure optimal coverageSet and execute sales performance goals to increase profitabilityMaintain orderly, presentable appearance of the storeOversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store cleanlinessManage stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to minimize stockouts and overstockingCreate a welcoming and engaging shopping environment that reflects the brands identityResolve customer complaints and handle escalations with professionalism.Report on store performance, sales trends, and team achievements and provide feedback and insights to support the development of company strategies
QualificationsHigh school education or equivalent experience3+ years'' store management experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brandsCustomer centric with a positive attitude
