Your Role What Youll BeDoing Project Management & Implementation - You are the go-tocontact for customers, guiding them through every project phase:intake, data conversion, parameterization, training, go-live, andaftercare. - You ensure smooth project execution, providing regularupdates to management and project leaders. - Collaboration is key!Youll work closely with consultants and teams across Layout,Accounting, Support, and Development. - For large-scale projects,you maintain strong relationships with clients, project managementteams, and manufacturers. Consulting & Customer Success - Youvisit customers, train their teams, and provide strategic guidanceto maximize the value of XDMS. - You identify opportunities forimprovements, report bugs, and suggest process optimizations toenhance customer experience. - Becoming an XDMS expert is part ofyour journeysharing knowledge with both customers and colleaguesis essential. - You communicate clearly and proactively, ensuringseamless collaboration with all stakeholders. Your Profile WhoWere Looking For You have a background in economics, businessprocesses, or accounting. You work independently but thrive in asupportive and dynamic team. You enjoy traveling and workingon-site with clients. Depending on your ambitions and experience,we can assign you to different customers across Europe. You thinkin workflows and can translate complex processes into clear plansand milestones. Youre confident presenting and discussingsolutions with clients and colleagues. You have initial experiencewith ERP software. You speak Dutch, French, and English fluently.Any additional languages are a plus! You have experience or astrong interest in consultancy.
