Job Description

We are looking for a full-time lawn maintenance professional to join our team. Our team is composed of hardworking, loyal, and easy-to-work-with individuals who make the work environment enjoyable. Interested applicants must have a valid NC drivers license and reliable transportation. Criminal background checks are conducted prior to the start date. Candidates should be familiar with ride-on and walk-behind mowers, weed eaters, blowers, spraying, and pruning tools.

Responsibilities:

• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Be coachable and able to take directions.
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance duties accurately, completely, and promptly.
• Operate commercial-grade lawn and landscaping equipment properly.
• Endure outdoor elements for extended periods.
• Maintain and clean equipment and work areas.
• Record work details such as date, services performed, hours, and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license required.
• Reliable transportation necessary.
• Experience in landscaping and/or grounds maintenance (any combination of fieldwork and coursework accepted).
• Ability to operate landscaping and mowing equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Punctuality, dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential.
