We are looking for a In Room Dining Waiter for the 2025 season to join our Room Service team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills.
He/She reports to In Room Dining Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate guests needs and handle complaints to provide an excellent and personalized room service experience.
- Provide food and beverage service in guest rooms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and presented beautifully.
- Personalize the in-room bar offer.
- Establish good relationships with guests, handling requests and inquiries promptly.
- Ensure that the quality of service meets the high LQA and Belmond standards.
Requirements

- Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues.
- Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background.
- Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred.
- Previous professional experience in the same role within a luxury environment.
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
- HACCP certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle guest complaints effectively.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

- We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, In Room Dining Waiter.
- Start date: April 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
- Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniority and skill level (around 1.950,00 / monthly gross) + separate payslip for 13,14 and TFR.
