Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist
to join one of the leading institutions in the financial sector.
As part of the new Marketing & Communication department, you will:
- Develop and implement strategic MarCom initiatives aligned with the companys overall strategy
- Coordinate and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns (own media, earned media, paid media)
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints
- Create clear, high-quality, and targeted content for various audiences
- Manage internal and external communication flows
- Contribute to digital lead generation and sales through optimized digital journeys
- Perform market analysis and develop data-driven marketing actions
- Support change and innovation through structured project coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments
Your profile:
- Master''s or Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of marketing strategies, customer journey design, and communication planning
- Strong project management skills and stakeholder coordination experience
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
- Experience in the banking or financial sector is a strong asset
- Analytical thinker with a critical mindset and ability to propose creative solutions
- Passionate about digital marketing and up to date with current trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-oriented and result-driven
