What We''re Looking For
We are seeking for aPrivacy Counselwho will lead and support legal and operational privacy work across Welltechs global product ecosystem. Reporting into the Senior Privacy Counsel and working closely with Product Legal, Engineering, Security, Analytics and Marketing teams, you will help drive scalable privacy compliance while enabling business innovation.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone excited to shape privacy programs in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.
Required skills:
- 4+ years of experience in privacy / data protection law (legal or compliance background), with experience at a tech or digital consumer-facing company.
- Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other global privacy regimes.
- Experience in operationalizing privacy programs, including DPIAs, cookie compliance, and user-facing disclosures.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to influence product and engineering.
- Comfortable working independently and in fast-changing environments.
- CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or similar certification is a plus.
