We''re looking for a Property Coordinator to join the team in Ghent and take ownership of a diverse and dynamic property portfolio across Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Germany.
This is more than a coordination roleit''s about being a key player in shaping the future of our stores and creating the spaces where bold, colourful retail experiences come to life.
What You''ll Do.
- Own the lease lifecycle: Manage everything from renewals and indexations to terminations and negotiations, with legal support when needed.
- Optimise our spaces: Analyse costs and recommend smart, strategic solutions to make our sites work harder for usand our customers.
- Lead with insight: Prepare budgets, validate costs, and provide sharp reporting to help steer our real estate strategy.
- Be the go-to contact: Liaise with landlords, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and strong relationships.
- Stay ahead: Keep property records updated, monitor compliance, and support our expansion and optimization plans.
What Makes You a Great Fit.
- At least 3 years'' experience in real estateideally from a brand or occupier''s perspective
- Highly organized and detail-driven, with strong project management skills
- Collaborative communicator who can build trust with stakeholders at every level
- Proactive and flexible, with a positive, can-do mindset
- Confident juggling multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy
- Comfortable in a multilingual settingEnglish + French and/or Dutch
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
