The manager collaborates with the Content Production Director and various internal departments, autonomously overseeing pre-production, production, and post-production processes while staying updated on industry talent, trends, and technologies.RESPONSIBILITIESPresent the best suppliers for each project and manage bidding processes.Manage content production budgets and allocate resources effectively in consultation with the Content Production Director.Optimize production costs while maintaining high quality and ensure timely project delivery within budget.Collaborate closely with the Content Production Director, internal stakeholders, external agencies, and freelancers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors and production partners, overseeing contracts to meet budget and quality standards.Create effective production plans, coordinate schedules, manage project milestones, and address production challenges to ensure timely asset delivery.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSMinimum 5 years of proven experience in photo and video content production. A strong network of professional contacts (production companies, creative agencies, directors, photographers) is essential. Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory, along with the willingness to travel several times per year.
