Were looking for a motivated and detail-orientedJunior Demand Planner reporting to EMEA Demand Manager to supportour demand planning and forecasting processes using the SAP IBP(Integrated Business Planning) system. This is an excitingopportunity to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of demandforecasts, collaborating across functions, and supporting theend-to-end planning cycle to drive inventory optimization andservice level improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Execute andmaintain demand planning activities within the SAP IBP system on aweekly and monthly basis. - Collaborate with sales, marketing,supply planning, and finance teams to gather inputs and alignforecasts. - Analyze historical sales data and market trends toimprove forecast accuracy. - Support the monthly demand reviewprocess, including the preparation of data, reports, anddashboards. - Monitor forecast performance and providerecommendations for continuous improvement. - Assist in identifyinggaps and inconsistencies in demand signals and work to resolveissues proactively. - Generate and distribute regular demandplanning reports to key stakeholders. - Maintain planning masterdata, such as product hierarchies and planning attributes, in IBP.- Contribute to cross-functional projects to enhance planningcapabilities and support business growth Qualifications: -Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics,Chemistry or related field. - 02 years of experience in demandplanning, supply chain, or data analysis preferred. - ExcellentBusiness level written and spoken English, any additional majorEuropean language skills in addition to English would be beneficial- Familiarity with SAP IBP or similar advanced planning systems isa strong advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skillswith attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus. - Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills. - Eagerness to learn andgrow in a fast-paced planning environment. - Ability to manage timeeffectively and work independently or within a team
