CONTEXT In a contextof growth, we are looking for a HR Director France for our agencies: Atelier Athem, Atelier Lum, Bureau Betak, Lefty, Cztar, BureauFuture, Kitty Events, Kitten, k2, Karla Otto and The Independentsholding. Reporting the Global HRD, you will manage a team of 4people : a HR Manager, a Payroll and Admin Assistant and her internand a Talent Acquisition Manager. MISSIONS - Develop and implementa comprehensive people strategy that supports the company''smission, vision, and values across all subsidiaries - Collaboratewith senior leadership to align people initiatives with businessgoals and drive organizational effectiveness globally - Oversee allaspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment,onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, ensuringconsistent practices across all subsidiaries - Lead the design andimplementation of talent development and succession planningprograms to foster growth opportunities worldwide - Develop andmanage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive andcompliant with local regulations in each subsidiary - Ensurecompliance with employment laws and regulations in each country ofoperation and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures -Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promotingdiversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across allsubsidiaries - Provide guidance and support to managers andemployees on HR-related matters, including employee relations,conflict resolution, and performance improvement, while respectingcultural differences - Implement and leverage HR technology andsystems to streamline HR processes globally and enhance data-drivendecision-making PROFILE - Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or a related field (Master''s degreepreferred) - Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR,with at least 5 years in leadership roles and if possible a periodof time in the luxury environment - Proven track record indeveloping and implementing people strategies aligned withorganizational goals - Strong knowledge of HR best practices,employment laws, and regulations - Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to build relationships atall levels of the organization - Demonstrated ability to navigatecomplex employee relations issues and provide effective guidanceand solutions - Strategic mindset with the ability to thinkcritically and propose innovative solutions to people-relatedchallenges - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspireand motivate teams - Proficient in HR systems and technology, withthe ability to leverage data for insights anddecision-making
