Senior Business Analyst Medical Affairs

I am currently supporting a leading global biotech company in their search for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to contribute to a short-term project within the Medical Affairs and Digital Technology function.

This contract role will focus on the replacement of a scientific literature management platform. The Business Analyst will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and external vendors, playing a pivotal role in shaping both RFI and RFP documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and user requirements into a comprehensive Request for Information (RFI).
• Coordinate RFI distribution and manage communication with potential vendors.
• Consolidate and analyze vendor responses and pitches, integrating feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) and ensure it reflects refined business needs.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project documentation and execution.

Ideal Profile

• Masters degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project/business analysis experience, ideally within pharma/biotech or Medical Affairs.
• Proven experience with RFI/RFP processes and external vendor engagement.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology, stakeholder management, and project planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level).
• Based in Belgium or able to attend onsite meetings occasionally if needed.
