Interim HR Business Partner (Strategic International Role) | Amsterdam | Hybrid | June December 2025 Were looking for a seasoned Interim HR Business Partner to support a leading global organization during a critical period of transformation. Location: Amsterdam (Remote)##As part of the People Advisory team , youll act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR guidance during a time of organizational change. Youll help drive business performance, lead HR transformation initiatives, and ensure that operational HR needs are met while supporting long-term strategy. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the Local Partner Services (LPS) division. Influence organizational strategy on topics such as workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design. Align HR strategies with business objectives across multiple countries. ##Coach senior leadership on HR and talent issues. Support succession planning and leadership transitions. Change Management Lead people-focused change initiatives tied to business transformation. Help teams navigate organizational shifts with clarity and confidence. ##Data-Driven HR Strategy Support planning cycles with actionable HR insights. ##Manage sensitive employee relations cases in line with global best practices. 35 years of HR Business Partner experience in a strategic role within an international company (prefer commercial teams/organizations)~ Proven success operating in a complex, matrixed, and global business environment . ~ Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. ~ Demonstrated ability to lead change and support business transformation. ~ Tech-savvy, proactive, and data-driven mindset. ~ Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred). ~ Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
